WHAT IS A RITUAL/WOMEN’S CIRCLE?

A women’s circle is rooted in ancient tradition, and is a gentle, intentional gathering where women come together to share, reflect, and support one another. It’s a space for slowing down, being seen, and honouring life’s changes - free from judgment or pressure to perform.
